    I have a big thing to do.  I want (need?) to lose over 70 pounds.  That feels huge. And impossible. Impossible to do, but also impossible to be. I can’t. My heart and head believe that. So what’s another beer? Plate of nachos (but they’re vegan!) Bag of chips? Package of Sour Patch Kids? After dinner bagel?     September Weightloss Update

    Hiking with a view September was a super busy and exciting month and also super stressful. Spoiler alert: Did not lose weight. 🤦‍♀️ I definitely drank and ate my way through the month and my weight reflects that right now. I’m happy I got through it, and I’m feeling pretty motivated and excited to get back on the wagon.     The keto craze almost got me. Early in May I started feeling a little desperate to start seeing some weight loss.
